Here is the second installment of prophecies in the Old Testament that have been fulfilled in Jesus Christ in the New Testament.  Please let me know in the comments what you think.  Do you like this kind of reference-series? Or would you rather have analysis and commentary?

1. -Exodus 3:13-15- "Then Moses said to God, “Behold, I am going to the sons of Israel, and I will say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you.’ Now they may say to me, ‘What is His name?’ What shall I say to them?” God said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM”; and He said, “Thus you shall say to the sons of Israel, ‘I AM has sent me to you.’” God, furthermore, said to Moses, “Thus you shall say to the sons of Israel, ‘The Lord, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you.’ This is My name forever, and this is My memorial-name to all generations."
1. Jesus is The Great "I AM." 
1. -John 4:26-"Jesus said to her, "I who speak to you AM HE."
2. -John 8:58-"Jesus said to them, "Truly, truly ,I say to you, before Abraham was born, I AM
2. -Exodus 12:5- "your lamb shall be an unblemished male a year old; you may take it from the sheep or from the goats.
1. A Lamb without blemish.
1. -Hebrews 9:14- "how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without blemish to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?"
2. -1 Peter 1:19- "but with precious blood, as of a lamb unblemished and spotless, the blood of Christ."
3. -Exodus 12:13- "The blood shall be a sign for you on the houses where you live: and when I see the blood I will pass over you, and no plague will befall you to destroy you when I strike the land of Egypt."
1. The blood of the Lamb saves from wrath.
1. -Romans 5:8- "But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."
4. -Exodus 12:21-27- "Then Moses called for all the elders of Israel and said to them, “Go and take for yourselves [b]lambs according to your families, and slay the Passover lamb. You shall take a bunch of hyssop and dip it in the blood which is in the basin, and apply some of the blood that is in the basin to the lintel and the two doorposts; and none of you shall go outside the door of his house until morning.
   
   For the Lord will pass through to smite the Egyptians; and when He sees the blood on the lintel and on the two doorposts, the Lord will pass over the door and will not allow the destroyer to come in to your houses to smite you.  And you shall observe this event as an ordinance for you and your children forever. When you enter the land which the Lord will give you, as He has promised, you shall observe this rite. And when your children say to you, ‘What does this rite mean to you?’ you shall say, ‘It is a Passover sacrifice to the Lord who passed over the houses of the sons of Israel in Egypt when He smote the Egyptians, but spared our homes.’” And the people bowed low and worshiped."
1. Christ is our Passover.
1. -1 Corinthians 5:7- "Clean out the old leaven so that you may be a new lump, just as you are in fact unleavened.  For Christ our Passover also has been sacrificed."
5. -Exodus 12:46- "It is to be eaten in a single house: you are not to bring forth any of the flesh outside of the house, nor are you to break any bone of it."
1. Not a bone of the Lamb would be broken.
1. -John 19:31-36- "Then the Jews, because it was the day of preparation, so that the bodies would not remain on the cross on the Sabbath (for that Sabbath was a high day), asked Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away.  So the soldiers came, and broke the legs of the first man and of the other who was crucified with Him;  but coming to Jesus, when they saw that He was already dead, they did not break His legs.  But one of the soldiers pierced His side with a spear, and immediately blood and water came out.  And he who has seen has testified, and his testimony is true; and he knows that he is telling the truth, so that you also may believe.  For these things came to pass to fulfill the Scripture, “Not a bone of Him shall be broken.”
6. -Exodus 15:2- "The Lord is my strength and song, And He has become my salvation; This is my God, and I will praise Him; My father's God, and I will extol Him."
1. His exaltation predicted as Yeshua.
1. -Acts 7:55-56- "But being full of the Holy Spirit, he gazed intently into heaven and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God; and he said, “Behold, I see the heavens opened up and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God.”
7. -Exodus 15:11- "Who is like You among the gods, O Lord?  Who is like You, majestic in holiness, Awesome in praises, working wonders?"
1. His Character of Holiness.
1. -Luke 1:35- "The angel answered and said to her, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; and for that reason the holy Child shall be called the Son of God."
2. -Acts 4:27- "For truly in this city there were gathered together against Your holy servant Jesus, whom You anointed, both Herod and Pntius Pilate, along with the Gentiles and the peoples of Israel."
8. -Exodus 17:6- "Behold, I will stand before you there on the rock at Horeb; and you shall strike the rock, and water will come out of it, that the people may drink."  And Moses did so in the sight of the elders of Israel."
1. The Spiritual Rock of Israel.
1. -1 Corinthians 10:4- "and all drank the same spiritual drink, for they were drinking from a spiritual rock which followed them; and the rock was Christ."
9. -Exodus 33:19- "And He said, "I Myself will make all My goodness pass before you, and will proclaim the name of the Lord before you; and I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will show compassion on whom I will show compassion."
1. His Character of Mercy.
1. -Luke 1:72- "To show mercy toward our fathers, and to remember His holy covenant."
